I can't say anything about this brand, but I have gotten a couple of similar sets over the years. For the majority of people I would say that these are adequate for resistance exercise. And if you really want to get strong or muscular you probably have a gym membership anyway. But this is a very solid and cheap option for someone looking to add some strength/muscle that doesn't have much experience.
I leave a set in the office and use it during breaks. The clips help me easily anchor to almost any cubicle walls (attach to the bottom, where they usually have adjustable leg stand for height adjustment)
