It's very firm but that's what i like so definitely not a sink in feeling. Feels sturdy and it's way heavier than i thought it was going to be when i ordered it. The arms are solid, i thought they were just gonna be hollow.

I've never had an issue purchasing from VIPOUTLET. It's just Walmart's liquidation store. Let's see if that user replies with more info.

THEY WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER. If you lucky, they might give your money back in 2 or 3 months. If they shipped your order, MOST LIKELY the items are NO GOOD. You could read their customer feedback 1 star rating on eBay website. I'm one of those got scammed by them, and many members on here too. This seller has many username or id on this website. So don't trust those comments said good thing about this VIPOULET seller.

I've ordered from VIP Outlet before, haven't had problems. not saying that others don't have problems, but they seem to have an overall good track record, so i am unaware of the basis for this comment.

I own this chair - bought it from Walmart directly and it's very firm. I like how big it is and sturdy after I put it together. Just bought two more can't beat it for $41 each!

I also bought this chair from walmart. Couple pro tips careful tightining the screws i stripped one when assembling took the head right off. I had extra paint that prevented on screw from getting in used a flat head and a mallet to remove. Chairs are alot heavier then i expected they have a really good lean back to them. Seem to be pretty sturdy. The wife and I sat it one together over the weekend and it didnt break lol. for 42$ they are great garage lounge chairs in front of the TV lol

I've ordered over a dozen items from VIPOUTLET with absolutely zero issues. I've ordered cheap items under $10 all the way up to $200+ items. Most people say they're "scammed" because they fail to actually properly read the description and condition of the item. They are VERY clear about whether an item is new, new (open box), refurbished, or used. You just have to look, and not just order blindly. I've saved hundreds of dollars by ordering stuff from them instead of directly from Walmart, for example.
There's a lot of random junk on their eBay storefront that aren't even that good of a deal, but then there are fantastic deals like this chair, or like 75" TVs for $150 every once in a while. You just have to use your best judgment.

If you got an order from them, you're just lucky. You just joined SD in March this year, and you said you order from VIPOUTLET over dozen times already? I don't know about that, but anyway. Before you join SD, last year this VIPOUTLET scammed over 100 members in one deal. I'm one of them. That why, I tried to warn other about this VIPOUTLET seller. Why would you give your money to a business that is UNRELIABLE? And hope for them to give you an order correctly. I'm NEVER going to do that.

I'm not against the Better Homes accent chair. I bought many product from Better Homes at Walmart. And THIS IS NOT A GOOD DEAL neither. In Jan 2026, this chair sale at Walmart only $37. Here is the picture: https://ibb.co/whqWRLYt

They are not a scam seller, but their customer service is shit. On multiple occasions, they've cancelled orders and relisted the item at a higher price. I've bought plenty of times from them; the orders that do arrive are fine, but I've had multiple orders cancelled because they wanted to relist it for $10-20 more.
