And while it's never been my responsibility, I've always felt uncomfortable with the idea of towing people or stickering car windows for the smallest infractions.
Like, I get it if someone is parked in a handicapped parking spot, you need to do something major, but someone who parked over the line (especially if they are a new driver) deserves something non destructive before resorting to stickers or worse

Like, I get it if someone is parked in a handicapped parking spot, you need to do something major, but someone who parked over the line (especially if they are a new driver) deserves something non destructive before resorting to stickers or worse
I expect this will just piss off the person who has already demonstrated that they don't care about other people and could lead to even more unwanted behavior like littering (the card), confrontation, roadrage, etc. Placing these cards may be cathartic, but I just don't see it being helpful at all.
