Upsides
- Has better all metal chassis (rather than plastic and metal for Aspire)
- Lighter at 3 lbs compared to 3.4 lbs for Aspire
- OLED display is more power efficient for mostly black documents
Downsides- Has 250 Nits vs 350 nits brightness screeen, brightness better on the Aspire
- Light Gaming is better on the Aspire - this has older Intel graphics which not as good as Intel Arc 140 V on the Aspire
- Has only 60 Hz display vs 120 Hz on the Aspire
Update: Choosing the Acer Aspire 16 AI only since the Aspire has better brightness (350 nits vs 250 nits) and matte screen (near windows, less reflections and more brightness matters) and can do better light gaming. Besides has 120 Hz screen for better scrolling and gaming.Just to make sure, the one you got the was the 2026 Ultra 5 3xx series, and not the 2025 Ultra 5 2xx series?
