Anyone know how these compare to The Frame?

I use a Frame for an outdoor tv, the anti glare is the only way to make it so you can see whats on without the glare. Was a bit of a gamble, but worked great.
Now my parents want to do the same thing, but on the cheap.

Yes because that's what we want... An even larger picture frame than the screen itself. These look so stupid especially when they're turned off. They don't even make good "rotating pictures" because it still produces light and dominates the room, they should be revisited when E-ink advances. These were a good thought, but they are stupid and nobody should have them.

The current Sony uproar has me thinking... this has a library where the company is paying rights. During contract negotiations in the future the art company may want some astronomical price to renew, and TCL (or whoever) may not want to pay it, which causes the loss of the art library.
