I'd give it a day or so to update. If it still doesn't update, I've chatted with customer service in the past and they've credited my fuel points.

Oh I got points just not the right amount. Should be 800pts per card not the 400pts each it issued. It's only crediting 400ea (2x pts) at least this morning it was could be fixed by now. I got the bot to issue 400pts and then a rep to issue the other 400pts.

It's the principle though and the customer shouldn't have to backtrack fixing the problem with their system with a support rep/and or the bot.
