Couldn't rep you, OP, however, this is a superb price. I have an 8000 in an outbuilding & a 12,000 in my house. They are excellent units.

It's worth noting that the newer inverter style is dramatically more energy efficient (15 CEER vs. 10.9 CEER). Those numbers are proportional, meaning the newer tech will cost 10.9/15ths as much to run. They're available here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CFYFC...m_9_b&th=1
At $365 vs. $227, it's a considerable bump for what is otherwise the same product, but if your intention is to crank this 24/7, it'll add up. If you're just taking the edge off a few weeks of highs that your central AC can't keep up with, that initial price matters a lot more. Obviously you can wait for a sale on the inverter model and narrow the gap a bit. It's also worth considering that if this isn't running 24/7, you could step down to the 8000BTU model and just have it run more hours. At $322, that cuts out 30% of the price gap.

A little math to give context:
8 hours/day x 60 days x $0.20/kWh = $88/yr vs. $64/yr. 5.7 year break even.
16 hours/day x 90 days x $.20/kWh = 264/yr vs. $192/yr. 1.9 year break even.
