Had a pair for a couple years unfortunately the plastic handle came loose only after a couple uses. Hopefully they have improved that.

I have a pair of these and slices through 10 gauge copper wire with ease. Don't think they'd do well cutting thick steel wire but for copper wire in sizes that it's able to strip...Great!

You can try to smooth out the rollover with the shaft of a screwdriver. Then sharpen the edge with some wet/dry sandpaper wrapped around the screwdriver shaft.

Klein for hand tools, Milwaukee for power. IMO no difference between this and a husky or commercial electric stripper

Harder wire such as.......? This is made to cut copper used in electrical applications. Cutting steel wire or nails is not recommended. The bolt cutter would be the better choice.

The Klein also have crimpers which the Milwaukee doesn't.
