I do use my Wera insulated screw drivers more but this seems like a decent deal.
Should be made in the USA. All mine are.
As one person mentioned above, Wera makes better ones (I have an insulated set that's outstanding - the tip grips screws better), but they are really expensive barring some good sale. The Wera #2 Phillips is now my 2nd favorite, only because I gave my daughter this Klein one.
