This CyberPowerPC build stands out as a strong prebuilt value around the Ryzen 9 9900X and RX 9070 XT, especially for a balanced gaming and productivity machine. The case gets praise for its clean look, and the configuration can be customized, with free case color changes, a free Premium Warranty upgrade, and easy swaps like a Crucial P310 SSD or different motherboard and power supply. The main knocks are that the stock SSD and PSU are worth reconsidering, and the 32GB memory limit may feel light for heavier editing or generation work. A flexible base for tuning into a better fit.
The build can be customized to reach lower out-the-door pricing after parts tweaking.
The case aesthetics and screen AIO look are highlighted as a strong visual upgrade versus alternatives.
The RX 9070 XT is described as performing competitively, including strong RT results in referenced comparisons.
The Premium Warranty upgrade and free case color change to off-white can add value without extra cost.
The system may require SSD and PSU swaps to match preferences for parts choices.
The deal may be less compelling for video editing or video generation workloads that need more RAM.
Future upgrade planning may still push buyers to consider increasing the power supply.
The CPU choice can involve tradeoffs around dual-CCD scheduling, which may matter for certain workloads.

I tried to customize a system utilizing the same parts. The total is much higher but at least the website allows me to add to cart.

The 9070 XT is a fine card and trades blows with the 5070 ti today -- even beating it in pure raster on some titles -- but coming from a 1080 ti that's served well for years, I trust Nvidia to support the card for longer, not to mention broader DLSS support from developers. Resale value will also be higher, so for an extra $70 or so I think it's a no-brainer. When the price difference widens to $250 or $300, the value proposition flips to AMD.
