This CyberPowerPC build stands out as a strong prebuilt value around the Ryzen 9 9900X and RX 9070 XT, especially for a balanced gaming and productivity machine. The case gets praise for its clean look, and the configuration can be customized, with free case color changes, a free Premium Warranty upgrade, and easy swaps like a Crucial P310 SSD or different motherboard and power supply. The main knocks are that the stock SSD and PSU are worth reconsidering, and the 32GB memory limit may feel light for heavier editing or generation work. A flexible base for tuning into a better fit.

What's better 5070 ti or 9070xt?
9070 xt is just as good, a large YT channel just put out a video on it, in many of the titles 9070xt even won in RT performance. Plus you'll save a lot of money, their drivers have been great the last serval years, I came from a 6950xt and my wife had a 6700xt for about three years we just upgraded to the gigabyte OC and they run chill at 63c. They have been amazing.

What do you think about the ryzen 7 9800x3d worth the 46 dollar?
It's the best gaming cpu right now by a large margin. Nothing else can touch it especially not Intel. It's worth an extra 100$ in my opinion, you can use that cup for the next five years and upgrade to a 5090 equivalent and it would still be a great cpu.

I guess we've reached the point of the RAMpocalypse where prebuilts are a great value again. Really nice case too.

Yeah, same here.
I tried to customize a system utilizing the same parts. The total is much higher but at least the website allows me to add to cart.

This is really making me wanna quit the one I am building for myself
9900x $330
Mobo $100
GPU $650
RAM $350
Hard $200
PSU $100
Windows &100
Not count the case and all those fans it's already about $1800
Yeah I've built everything I've owned the past 20 years in terms of desktop PCs and I'm starting to think that just finding a deal on a prebuilt is the way to go with prices the way they are

I went a little nuts with a 5080, beefy psu, 2tb hd, and 64gb of ram. Total with tax was 3003.30. I do a lot of video editing and would like to get into ai video generation. Any thoughts?

OP's configured spec and price is not bad at all, but they buried the lead: The slickest deal here is the ability to turn this into a 9800X3D / 5070 ti build for a little over $1800 by tweaking a few other components like the case and MOBO. I've checked SD for months and this is the cheapest you're going to find that combo in today's market (barring a pricing error); you certainly can't build it for that.
The 9070 XT is a fine card and trades blows with the 5070 ti today -- even beating it in pure raster on some titles -- but coming from a 1080 ti that's served well for years, I trust Nvidia to support the card for longer, not to mention broader DLSS support from developers. Resale value will also be higher, so for an extra $70 or so I think it's a no-brainer. When the price difference widens to $250 or $300, the value proposition flips to AMD.

As someone who isn't really familiar with the components beyond GPU and CPU, could you help configure?

These PCs are not the same. The OP does video editing and and wants to do video generations. $2.3-2.5k isn't that much of a deal for 32gb RAM. Like OP I've been waiting for a 64gb, 5080, 98003dx+ for under 3k. I got one yesterday thanks to this deal. I even splurged on a nicer case and a tomahawk MB.
