It is worth for just the solar panel... have this.. and panel generates 30w and in cloudy days 20w..

Seems like terrible output. Have you tested this against other 100w panels in your area?

For some reason, I can never get the code to work whenever this deal comes up. Maybe I'm always too late. Tried 3 different browsers. Tried on my phone (through mobile data too).

It's neither. It's only USB output, no AC.

It is LiFePO4, but that and SLA aren't the only battery chemistries around. Cheap power stations this size usually use LiPo for example. And like someone else said, there's no inverter. It's just USB output.
