Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize. Note: It could take up to five (5) business days to receive the prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $6.00. Total ARV of all prizes is up to $150,000.00.

Edit: OK, I see what you mean. The form from the email isn't submitting on desktop browsers. We had to load the form on our iPhone SEs to get it to submit.

It just worked fine on basic Chrome and Chrome Beta for us. (Entering as well as filling out the form in the "congratulations" email)
