This is an excellent quality bidet seat! I purchased it last time. It was on sale and I'm very happy. It has two suitable user settings, water, temperature pressure and location are all adjustable and it also has a child setting. Very nice product, especially at this price.
I was all about getting a Toto bidet after my recent trip to Asia, but as a renter, I didn't want to add the electrical outlet to my bathroom and ended up buying one of the LUXE non-electric bidets and absolutely love it.
Had a bio bidet for less than a year and had to replace. The plastic around the slow close damper broke off several times. Looks like the shape of this is the same as mine, so they didn't change a thing.
I bought two of these using the Jose code came out to a better savings, like 80 off, that will be replacing two existing biobidet seats where the heater failed on one and the seat hinge broke on another. That said I've had both existing bidets for almost a decade now, so it was time, and at just over 200 each for the new ones...I'll accept the fact the quality may not be what it was ... Seems like these are now considered low/mid grade options these days. These are basically the exact same size as my old elongated ones so I'm not sure I can agree with the person saying it's a very small seat unless they got the old school round ones. I also have issues with outlets but I just ran an extension cord down through the sinks vanity or whatever and out by the toilet... No wiring needed
Bought 2 high en biobidets. One of them broke within a few years. The other is still going. For the one that broke I purchased a Toto. No regrets with the Toto.

Seems good enough as a replacement for a 5 year old one that I have. Pretty sure it's (nearly) the same as that one that I've already wired and plumbed correctly. Fingers crossed
