The rewards program is a joke; by the time you redeem, you get a message saying you've already redeemed it, even though you haven't.

Is Verizon Shine one per account or is one per phone number?

If I collect the reward on phone number 1, am I able to collect the same reward on phone number 2? Both number on same account.

Apparently, yes. The Ulta deal was supposed to begin at about 3:00 pm, EST. I went to claim it at 4:30, and it said, "100% claimed." No deal here!
