Grabbed this today. Sound is garbage. Speaker are on the underside of the laptop. What a stupid design, especially when there is so much room below the keyboard.

What's the difference between this one and the pro?
Much better AMOLED display with higher resolution and 120 Hz refresh.

Really back and forth on this but went ahead and placed a pick up order at Best Buy earlier, figured since it was too late to get it today I could at least sleep on it. Seems like you get their return policy over Samsung's as well so might even pick it up and test it out. Checks some of the boxes I'm looking for in moving on from my 2021 gaming laptop (on which I don't game) but then has a number of stumbling points too. Also a bit hard to value this when $537 is probably as good as you're getting for a decent laptop now (outside of a unicorn Best Buy open box find or something) but it also seems like $899 is more the "real" price this often goes for rather than Samsung's highly inflated MSRP on everything.

Only video I could find really covering this model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgkvC0feoCI

Yes. I saw the same review on YT but the dude is comparing what Samsung is seeking from a retail cost perspective vs the true Windows Laptop pricing landscape. I'll bet you almost no one pays the bogus inflated price tag on any of these windows laptops. He's comparing it against an Apple product that hardly ever go on sale. Now if he were to compare this laptop at the sale price in this thread, he may have a completely different opinion. TL;DR - he first needs to join SD and then vlog; he's clearly comparing Apples to Oranges, pun intended.

Now that it is OOS I am almost 100% sure this was a price error. I went quickly to bestbuy and was able to grab 2! Can't be happier. Each at $537.50 which is insane looking at today's prices for any laptop or desktop. Thanks OP!

Ah nice. Why are people opting for pickup over shipping? Is it better to pick up? And how does bestbuy come into the picture? Does Samsung basically allow pickup through bestbuy? Mine is scheduled for shipping but not yet shipped.

Pick up option is always safer. When there are prices such as this one. It was obvious that there is something off with the price, and that's why I thought it is better if I go quickly, pick it up. I placed the order and in less than an hour I got the notification It is ready. I did not wait I just went I got the two. Yes, best buy is a pickup outlet for samsung products.

I may be lucky - just placed an order using an item saved in my cart, plus a $6.99 shipping fee(automatically added, not able to remove it or switch to pickup order).
It's showing up in my orders now, though I'm not sure if it will ultimately be canceled. If you have it saved in your cart, it's worth a try!
(I also add 32" Smart Monitor M5 M50F FHD for $112 discounted price with this order.)

Not everyone can get in on it. Just picked mine up. Solid build for the money. No regrets.

Its for my wife. The screen seems fine for what she would need it for. I think she will be happy especially with the battery life on these new processors. All our laptops are 4+ years old and never had good battery or screen to begin with.
This all day vs the comparable priced Neo
