Bought this last time it was on sale definitely not as good or flavorful as Mike's Hot Honey- probably wouldn't buy again.

I'm confused... can't anyone heat honey up to 104 at home? What happens when it's at room temp or 40 degrees in the fridge how does the 104 pre bake help the flow then?
