There is typically a table set up near the front of the store and the line to the table begins forming before 10am. So, to answer your question, first 150 people to make it to the table line.
I assume it is referring to this but no details - anyone see the same?

I don't know what the Lowes Money amount was.
They did give out a Coupon good for 20% off Regular priced merchandise, up to a $100 discount.
(I'm glad I went Ace Hardware first for the Craftsman deal. )
