We have these batteries here at work ...
When you get yours:
Make sure Bluetooth app connects.
Make sure resting voltage is roughly 13.1–13.4V charged.
AND the easiest way to see if its real or fake -- The official Eco-Worthy specs for this battery says about 61.7 lb ... if it shows up at 35–40 lb, something is wrong.
A 280Ah was right at $2450 ,,,,
And that was with a very crappy BMS - if at all ...
so yes ... a 280Ah with excellent BMS for $222 is a pretty damn good deal ...

Does it mean I can use a ring terminal to xt60 cable to connect this thing to my ecoflow and use it as a "2nd fuel tank" while still taking advantage of the output ports on my ecoflow (DC cigarette plug, usb-c, and 110v AC)?
At this price it's almost too good to be true so I want to double check. Thanks!

In total I spent about $2k on the 48v system I put together (with an ROI of about two years) - bought bulk 2awg wire, crimper and lugs to save on pre-made battery cables. Bought 3kw of used solar panels from solar installers off Facebook Marketplace for $130. I didn't go cheap on the critical parts that could cause safety issues though. If you're still interested in putting something like this together, let me know if you need part recommendations.
I do no suggest getting a 12v 5kw inverter. Aliexpress lists some high output 12v inverters, but they are super sketchy. Most reputable inverter manufacturers don't go past 4kw for 12v. Even then it isn't recommended because you will need to use 4/0 gauge cable to handle almost 400 amps of current. You would still need to get two of these batteries because each battery only has a 200a BMS.
recommendation for a more or less inexpensive charge controller for this battery to use with the panels?

In my main browser, logged in, I see the price of this (ECO-WORTHY 3584Wh 12V 280Ah, from the ECOWORTHY-US official store) as $321.
In the same browser, but in a new private window, i see the same $321.
However, turn on a VPN (neighboring US state) and open a private window in a different browser, I see the price as $256. NOT "welcome deal, max 1 per shopper", but the same "SuperDeals, max 3 per shopper" advertised to me above.
I wasn't aware aliexpress did this. Amazon tried it (DVDs, circa 2000), and abandon it due to consumer backlash. I can't find any real info on this.
