They are quick to offer returns but charge a restocking fee and shipping back, which I was unaware of (and didn't even think to check, but should have). So it wasn't worth it to return. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
Editing to add: In researching tritium watches in the past, I did see someone say theirs was a use-case for this, where they wanted always-on lume but not so bright as to be a bother for others or themselves when sitting in a move theater, or something along those lines. So really, I wouldn't recommend this model for those like me looking for bright always-on lume, but it may work for some people looking for moderate levels of legibility.
