have you read the thread, you've got a ton of people on TMO who were just notified of a price increase of $20-30 a month it sounds like and are looking to jump shitp.
I like redpocket, But it doesn't have 50G unlimited.for this price.
And can we just call it what it is ? 50G and not unlimited?
Most unlimited plans have a kicker for extremely high usage, think even some of the majors. If you're on WIFI at home, can't see why anyone would go over 50gb in 30 days. This isn't wifi service.

Was there tax charged on the phone ? If yes, tax based on the $20 cost of phone or original cost of phone?
