They should have just left the XR branding since it's brushless. BTW I happened to learn last night that 6.5 inch saws that are blade left are commonly known as trim saws. Being a lefty, I really like the blade left design, as it kicks saw dust away from me and keeps the narrow side of the shoe closes to my off cuts. Now I'm on the hunt for a 7.25 inch rear handle cordless saw, as these are also a blade left design. I also own this saw. I used it recently and it struggled to cut through 2x10 PT lumber. I had to use my Metabo HPT 36v 7.25" to make the cuts.
