Later, in May 2020, they significantly expanded this with the "Colors of the World" collection, which introduced 24 specially formulated shades designed to represent over 40 global skin tones. Historically, Crayola's only representation of skin color was the "Flesh" crayon, which was introduced in 1949. However, acknowledging that skin tones vary widely, they renamed it "Peach" in 1962.

edit: My reply got malformed, and I don't want to retype everything, but the deals rdarbha posted from Target are also available for the same prices at Staples, for those like me who have a ton of Staples bucks and or dislike Target
