Solid light - picked up a 2nd one in the 250 engraving (and the Omino charger). It was on sale late in June for $72 so this is a really good. I have too many lights but still have room in the display for several more Smilie.

This is a older version in this style, I already have one well worth it for this price. Paid 90 + tax for it on sale in dec 2024. In for another with gift.

Arkpro is definitely the way to go. The Arkfeld ultra lens can melt if left on to long. That alone is a good enough reason to pass on this. For the extra $20 you get a glass lens that out performs this in every way. I have dropped mine from over 10" onto asphalt with only a minor ding. Once it fell into a concrete washout bin and was submerged in nasty concrete water for 5+ minutes while I mucked around looking for it. When I found it I washed, and blew off with compressed air. The lens is still perfect and it functions like new months later. Its a phenomenal light!

I'm confused.
From reading the description, the Ultra is the one with the glass lens. I looked up the melting lens issue and found some posts on Reddit about the Pro having a poly lens that could melt if it's left on in your pocket, not the Ultra.
It also seems the Ultra is positioned as the more expensive one. Do I have these flipped?

The original lineup is the Arkfeld, which comes in several models: standard, Pro, and Ultra. The newer generation is the ArkPro, available in standard and Ultra versions. In both product lines, the Ultra is the premium model with a glass lens.

Agreed. I got the arkpro ultra when it released and it's been fantastic for daily use and super durable.

Very good deal have been looking to get this at a reasonable price got it bundled with the stellar sky Ambient light for my kid and got a extra $10 off making it $53.49 shipped.
