This LAMTTO 11 inch wireless CarPlay screen is mainly appealing as a simple add on for older cars, with quick wireless Android Auto and CarPlay connectivity, responsive Google Maps, and a screen that looks better than expected. The larger display is a clear draw, and the unit works well for everyday driving and even car rentals. The main caveats are that this style of cheap screen can be unreliable over time, and this 11 inch version may lack auto dimming or a light sensor. The promo code also failed, and similar units are available for less elsewhere, so it is a practical upgrade with some trade offs.

It's pretty slick - we have a built in one in our 2018 - but have to connect via USB-C to use Android Auto. Our daughter's 2025 SUV use BY for seamless connection.
I hated Android Auto when it first rolled out (tried using with phone screen only). But now its our go to for car rentals -we rent multiple times a year.
I do wish it had a built in F/R dash cam - but may update the one in our main vehicle and hand it down to our van or SUV.
