This looks a lot like a Hulkman jump starter, as mentioned by a few commenters.
I've got a bunch of Hulkman chargers, accessories and a larger capacity jump starter. All have been very reliable. In for one
CCA is an actual test measurement of a battery cooled to 0 deg F and after the 30 seconds of the CCA rated amps the voltage has to remain at least 7.2V.
Over 30 seconds the leads on these types of chargers would go "poof" at way, way less than 5000A. A solid bus bar would be used to carry a sustained 5000A. Or several thick welding cables in parallel.
The 5000A is just a number the manufacturer decides to report. Probably a theoretical peak calculated by dividing voltage by internal resistance.

I'm pretty sure that I did: You can't have 5000 A. It's not possible to get 5000 A. Those leads would vaporize. And yet cars and trucks are starting all over all the world all the time, in spite no-one having 5000 A.
