For OP's full discount, it requies:

1. I got a tab S11U ultra last Nov and then a S10 plus last week. Now I do see promotional prices for these tablets but when I add to cart the price jumps.
2. *After* I got S10 plus I was able to order two galaxy tab A 11 for someone with promo prices. So evidently, Tab As are a different category than Tab S.
3. I got galaxy watch 8 classic last Nov and then one couple of weeks ago. I still see promo prices but adding it to cart bumps the price.
4. I never ordered a phone from EPP so I can see the promo prices and can go all the way to checkout.
why cant samsung figure out basic shit like this
Anyway, I think you're right that this deal isn't that good. Since I need one soon, do you think I should hold out for a better drop later this month, or just grab this Violet one now to be safe?

the fact when i verify with id.me it goes back to samsung and says "oopps, sorry, an error occurred" but does it everytime?
tried to call the 1800 # and they told me to wait 24-48 hours after trying to cock block me with bullshit answers about cache and other nonsense (which i had already done)

I actually placed an order late last night (missed the 5% email sign-up code, so it came out to $875 😶). Still feeling pretty lucky though!
Since you mentioned the 22nd is worth waiting for, I think I'm going to contact FedEx to set up a Vacation Hold and push the delivery back as far as possible. I also plan to keep it sealed during the 15-day return window to avoid any restocking fees.
This way, the return due should be in August. I can peacefully wait and see what kind of deals drop on the 22nd. Though it's definitely going to be hard to resist the temptation for a whole month to open and play with the new phone🥴🥴.
