Not really, True Black 400 isn't anything special, in fact it's the lowest level of brightness certification. Probably higher price because it's a dual mode that hits 330Hz, as that is getting to be a pricey add-on monitor makers can put into their monitors as they want to get money from that gamer crowd. This monitor was also released in May of the this year, so it's not exactly "old stock" that they're trying to clear off shelves, which those $600(ish) 32" 4ks you are seeing are, and you really shouldn't get use to that being the "normal price" for OLEDs of that size.
