Royal Oak Super Size briquettes are a low-cost charcoal option that stands out for the large briquette size, long burn time, and strong value for smokers and long cooks. The deal can drop to about $2.93 per bag when three are added to cart, with free shipping or pickup in some cases, and the larger bags can stretch a year of use for some setups. The main drawbacks are that the briquettes can take longer to light, create a lot of ash, and arrive with broken pieces or packaging damage. A practical pick if you want cheap bulk charcoal and can handle the tradeoffs.
Adding three bags to the cart can drop the price to about $2.93 each with the subscription option.
Free delivery can make stocking up convenient for regular grilling use over the year.
The larger briquettes can burn for a long time before turning to ash during extended cooking sessions.
The charcoal can help provide more consistent heat for long offset smoker smokes even when wood is the primary fuel.
Delivery handling can cause bags to bust open and spill briquettes, especially when left at a gate.
Some orders can arrive with powdered charcoal at the bottom of the box, requiring emptying the package outdoors.
The briquettes can burn dirty, burn quickly, and leave lots of ash compared with preferred alternatives.
The briquettes may be harder to light and may not get as hot as expected for higher-heat grilling.

Also, the maximum number of bags you can buy at one time is 8. I made a first purchase of eight with an 8 month subscription. Then I went back in and ordered another 8 bags, choosing a four month subscription. The point is you can order more than eight bags - LOL. You just have to do it the way I did. And of course create an Outlook reminder to cancel the subscriptions after the charcoal has been delivered.
Offer is applied to eligible items in cart (This is for each bag apparently) Pretty good deal

Better than the Kingsford charcoal at Home Depot / Walmart - Two 16lbs(32lbs) for $18.
