If you have the coupon, click see items. There are cheaper options per count. Some are even stronger (1,000 vs 750) and still cheaper per tablet. ie, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001IAP...CJC0X&th=1
Heads up -- if you do "too many returns" (by whatever metric Amazon determines that to be), you'll quickly find out there's a quiet policy in place. No more discretionary discounts -- no more coupons, no more valid promotional codes.
Happened to me. 13x of my orders were shipped in a Subscribe and Save box that was doused in someone else's laundry detergent. Foodstuffs were 100% inedible and all other items were 100% ruined. Did the return.
As soon as that happened, not one coupon has showed up. And all promotional codes are no longer valid.

It's possible, but there could be reasons other than returns. I've made very few returns relative to my purchases, yet I stopped getting many of those 40% coupons even before most of those returns.
What I have noticed is that almost all of the percentage-off coupons disappeared for Subscribe & Save items. I usually cancel my Subscribe & Save after the first discounted delivery, and I suspect that's the real reason.
The first-order discount is meant to get customers to stay subscribed. Many of us cancel after the first shipment and resubscribe only when another deal appears. That defeats the purpose of the program, so I think Amazon is limiting those introductory Subscribe & Save coupons for customers who repeatedly do that.
