This seems too good to be true. What's the catch?
Maybe the catch is the economy is tanking and people stopped buying tv's?

I don't seem to have an option to add the promo code on this one. EDIT: nvm just had to add it under the Enter a gift card, voucher or promotional code section at checkout, bit more hidden than I am use to. My bad!

Is cord management difficult for a mount so flush to the wall?

I just used this to mount a 77" tv. I was able to make 18" stud spacing work with the holes in the bracket. Solid mount and looks great. Cable management was no problem either.

I have two of these. I got a smaller one a year ago that didn't quite fit my stud spacing. Admittedly the wall I was mounting it to seemed to be non standard, but the small tv mount gave zero leeway for that. Had to mount to one stud and the other in a hearty drywall anchor.
I was a little worried about the second "higher weight capacity" version but that one was perfect. I mounted an old 100lbs plasma to it in the garage and I've had zero issues so far with either. I don't think you can beat the price proposition of these mounts.

Plasma has some diehard fans still, similar to but not as crazy as CRT enthusiasts. Panasonic ST/VT/ZT 60 models (=2013 I think) are (arguably) the most highly regarded, with some saying they prefer the brightness of the ST and some preferring the premium aesthetics and features of the VT/ZT. Then there are those Kuro 9th gen fans that don't care about gaming and like watching things in the dark. It's a whole thing.

I just went ahead and got both -- P65VT60 for too much more than free and PDP-6020FD for free. From FBM like PhantomCypher. I skipped plasma altogether when they came out, went from the SD-special mitsu DLP projection to 4k LCDs. Just wanted to see what the hype was about. They are nice if you don't mind hauling around 100lbs+ of glass and smelling people's nonenals.
I'm rockin' my 55" 2009 Panasonic Plasma in our main room. Picture quality is still amazing! Absolutely love it. Six months into owning it, it blew a capacitor (known issue at the time) luckily we paid for the "white glove" from Amazon/Panasonic, they came out laid the display on our living room carpet and I watched as they repaired a circuit board and a capacitor. It's been going strong ever since.

I'm actually hoping it never dies. Sure, it runs a little hot. Room temperature is noticeable after a day of watching but this is a minor inconvenience that comes in handy in the winter time. Haha!
