I love my alternate reality Makita stuff. I don't need a jigsaw but this is tempting.

I'm just learning diy, and have been looking for a relatively inexpensive jigsaw. Is this just a total waste of money though?

I've been seeing a ton of this brand name popping up. Is it decent quality or what? The backpack sprayer had a lot of positive reviews but that's really the only thing I've looked at in depth

I bought their mini chainsaw one day when it was on a huge sale for $20. Honestly, not a bad brand at all. Obviously nothing fancy, but it does it's job.

If you're just learning to DIY, I recommend going with a more well known brand. Ryobi is a good place to start if you're doing odd jobs around the house. You really don't need the Dewalt or Milwaukee unless you're planning on taking on heavy duty work.
