I use this for work in remote locations with no hose bibs. They work great, but fast. I use a five gallon tank and that gives me about 5 minutes of continuous spray.

I think I could rinse a whole car with that amount of time. But not wash and rinse.

Not needing a hose is a nice feature if that's of value to you. For me this is my one DeWalt regret purchase. The problem is the weight, throw on a foam cannon and hose dragging it down and it's like spraying with a gallon of milk just too heavy. I've used it for hours so it's useable but a normal electric power washer with a light wand would be so much nicer to use so I'm going to go that route and just save the DeWalt for the rare time I can't connect to a hose.

I can't imagine using this with a hose connection unless you don't have power as well. I don't know how many people are washing their cars in power outages but it's got to be more than zero.

I use mine for HVAC coil cleaning at remote cell tower sites. It works great for that because there is never water but plenty of power.

Does this come with a battery? I didn't see it mentioned on the site.

I have the Ryobi version of this but less psi power. I removed the plastic connector and installed a brass quick connector that makes it a breeze to hook to my home hose.

Thank OP. I am finally in for 1. I have 18v+40v Ryobi stuff but its rarely 99 bucks for the washer. The 2.2GPM should make this effective.

The 2.2gpm stat is deceptive, only 60 psi at that volume, which is about the same as from your average outdoor spigot. In practice, if you're using it as intended, you'll get around 1.0 gpm at the 550 psi, which is okay for washing cars [although weaker than the recommended average around 1,500 psi for that] but not for what you might consider "high pressure power washing."

Would love to see a good deal on the 60v version of this. That one is much better than this imo
