FWIW, this customer review seems to give a very good idea of the internal volume of the 20L.

I was learning on the 40L but that can't ship to me. Also cannot find measurements. Vevor's website also doesn't seem to have these models anymore, they appear to have been updated to a new style (which TBH some look really cool)
