I think the display is fine enough that it wouldn't bother me. Is it perfect? Not even close but it's clear and smooth and brighter than my Asus G14. Exceeds my expectations.
Was worried about the trackpad and think it's workable, would still prefer it to be both fixed and bigger (plus matching the display aspect ration) but it seems to work well. Keyboard I'm not sure about still, very different than I'm used to with very little travel. My problem as much as anything is it's so low profile I'm struggling to locate keys when I'm not on the home row. Things like enter and the arrow keys especially but just landing on the home row is hit and miss. Multi key single folder shortcuts like shift-ctrl are also kind of hard with the extreme low profile. This hasn't been uncomfortable to write (though it hasn't been hours of work either) so I could probably get adjusted to it over time.
The speakers though... they must have tried really hard to make them this bad. I would personally consider them bordering on unusable, definitely not over 50% since even that's getting extremely tinny and blowing out. 40% on a hard surface is about as good as I can find and it's still really bad. Watch the video I linked above and it's every bit that bad. It might border on deal breaker for me since one of the benefits of this for me would be a bigger screen for watching shows and movies when we're traveling but these speakers are a disaster.
Update- I don't think Samsung applied any tuning to these at all and software EQ goes a long way to getting them serviceable. Still playing with it since I am not very practiced at it, and still get some hollow clipping occasionally, but mostly just brought all the channels down one at a time until it sounded right. Most were around -1 to -3 db but I believe it was the upper mids that I dropped to around -10 db. So the hardware is there to get an acceptable result and the terrible/lack of tuning is the real culprit combined with it still being less than optimal to use them on anything but a hard surface (but the tuning goes a long way in that regard too).
Also for anyone else curious, Linux seems to be running fine with all the hardware if anyone else was wanting it to get away from Microslop. Only thing so far that doesn't appear to just be working is the keyboard backlight so will have to see if that can be solved.
Update- It was just the first distro I tried, keyboard backlight works fine from the software (though not the hotkey and haven't gotten to seeing if I can bind it). The fingerprint reader on this does not have a Linux driver at all right now from what I can find. Otherwise Linux (settled on Fedora) has been a great experience on it so far. Only real quibble is battery life is good but not nearly as good as I was expecting from how efficient this line of chips is talked up.

Sound quality is disappointing as they are thin laptops.
Performancewise....remove the samsung bloatware and it would speedup.
I restricted processing power to 75% to get extra battery life.
Frankly this price is about what the laptop is worth. For that, I can skip it.

My major dislikes of the Book 4 (16GB) compared to a much older Lenovo Flex 5(8GB) it replaced and a newer-to-me Acer Chromebook + (8GB) are the short travel keys, off center keyboard, very small direction keys, it's weight, and the annoyingly loud fan which runs much more often than the Flex 5 even after changing the fan setting on the Book 4 to lower performance to reduce fan noise. (I dont use the silent fan setting it offers out of concerns for how hot it gets in this mode). The fan could have also been addressed in the Book 6, but someone that has it would need to confirm.
For context, I only use all of these for basic browsing. For my use case, I much prefer using the Flex 5 or Acer Chromebook+ even with their lower specs because they don't have any of these dislikes.
Tldr - recommend hands on test with the Book 6 if that option is available to you.

Received mine yesterday. Was somehow disappointed with the average-quality screen: 1) the text clarity is average or below; 2) the screen doesn't do well on anti-glare.
Plan to return it. Yup, I have to admit that I am too picky with $537 though.
