I have this. It is a softcover but coffee-table-size book. The print quality is not *quite* as good as the hardback of the Breath Of The Wild version, but it is still a great resource to have, and I would absolutely buy it again if anything happened to my copy.

Yes, you can find all the information online, and the "Tears Companion" app is helpful for finding exactly the monsters that you need for upgrading armor sets, but for the general "how on earth do I do ?" it's nice to have everything in one place.

Pretty much. PC games have been mostly, if not all digital for decades now. But honestly ebay has made it easier to sell stuff. You can print a shipping label with QR code now at USPS or UPS to ship your stuff.
