There never was an import ban, and still is not one. Just new DJI products are not currently in major stores, you can still buy everything off eBay. I have Mavic 4 Pros, Mini 5's, pocket 4p's etc all in the US.

This is the budget Mini, basically a rebranded Mini 2 and a tactic to resell old tech. Mini 3 pro is much more capable. We're currently at Mini 5 Pro (can get them on ebay)

Kind of hard to beat for a beginner drone at this price point, though
