This. Lactase is Lactase.Just make sure it's 9000 FCC or else you're popping a lot more pills.
I like the Kirkland brand from Costco because they are individually wrapped and I just always carry them in my pocket or wallet.

absolutely insane how accurate their spying is. i literally just ran out yesterday and i dont even take it every time i eat diarrhea. it's insane they still got i right.

I make up the cost of my Costco membership off Lactase alone. Lactaid brand Lactase is obscenely expensive.
