the 35% must have been for any Nature's Bounty and once per account lifetime

note this is the cyanocobalamin B12 that some people don't care but be aware it's based on the cyanide molecule, there are other better forms

For those who are interested, this is Cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic form of B12.

• It's more cost effective than the naturally occuring form – Methylcobalamin
• It's known to be more stable from heat and light.
• Contains a Cyanide Molecule - safe and detoxified by a healthy liver
• Cyanocobalamin has to be converted body the body to an active form – Methylcobalamin

B12 is usually associated with energy and red blood cell formation, however, many are not aware that it supports nerve health, sleep, and vision.

Methylcobalamin is considered the best but more expensive

someone quoted chatgpt earlier and it's mostly accurate enough

B12 is poorly absorbed, some people like to take it sublingual, this particular product is not good for sublingual, it would have to be "fast disolve"

also the 35% discount is for any Nature's Bounty so similar to other SD strangeness where they encourage you to burn it up on a product that only costs a couple dollars, I highly recommend you do not use it on a $1-$5 item

Nature's Bounty has $10-$20 products that would be far wiser to use the one-time 35% discount

I know a person who has a B12 deficiency and cannot absorb enough B12 through food and multivitamins and has to take B12 shots on a regular basis. I wonder if sublingual B12 could be sufficient to replace the shots (guessing not).

there are studies that show sublingual can be suitable for a lot of things and avoid injections

there are even medical drugs designed for sublingual

but the amount that sublingual can absorb is limited and it takes awhile and it has to be specially formulated for sublingual or it might not work at all

B12 is suitable for sublingual BUT it has to be a proper formula and you cannot just then eat or drink right afterwards, etc.

walmart has a store brand that is made by the same company that makes Nature's Bounty, Sundown, Puritain's Pride, etc. etc.

the walmart one is meant for sublingual, it is "fast disolve"

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Spring...t/11047689

but note that is also cyanocobalamin

you can find the methyl version sublingual but it is more expensive
