Not many, but its a chicken and egg situation...no one has heard of it, so they cannot even know that they want it. Also...it is a really delicate connector that cannot be hot-swapped. It would be ridiculously popular if it were on more premium laptops, or at least on things like the steam deck.

This K8 Plus was/is the best of the 8845hs mni-pc group last year (better than the UM880 Plus for the ports, and better than the GEM12 for quietness, and substantially cheaper than any of the Beelinks). But $688 is just dumb. No way in hell this is worth $300 more than the AOOSTAR Maco that is $386 right now. Zen4 is not worth $300 more.

If you have a virtual pinball machine, there's limited cabinet space so something like Oculink is really helpful to being able to get the kind of card you need for a lag free high resolution experience.

So what's the lowest recently people have seen 32GB DDR, 1TB SSD with 780m and Oculink for mini PC? I have eGPU looking for a decent mini PC but this feels like a higher price.
