Infrared heaters like this are pretty cool, they tend to heat up objects in the room that themselves begin to radiate heat and help create more warmth that way, I worked in an automotive shop office in my past that was poorly insulated and was very drafty, where a regular space heater would not help much at all, But after an infrared heater like this had been on for a while, it actually kept the office a bearable temp.
