Is this PS good enough to build a rig they will be used as a NAS? I don't plan to install any graphic board as it would not be needed. I will install older 5 drives that are 5400 rpm's.

MSI MAG BN or Rosewill VSB are safer options for a few dollars more

Whatever you do, don't ever push these to their limits. They have a history of going boom. Also, I have a brand new 550W (or was it 600W?) one that I got for $20. This isn't exactly a deal to write home about.
