I acquired a unit last week, and it exhibited no indications of prior opening, usage, or refurbishment. The product appeared and was sealed as if it were brand new, though this reflects my individual experience.

I would also second this comment. Mine came last week and it also appeared sealed and brand new.

I said a ninja is $41 but when you go to Amazon, it's 119 99. I don't think that's a very good price.

It's not just brand new, it literally comes in the factory ship box (the brown one) from ninja. I think these are just cluttering warehouses. That being said, 10/10 would buy for $29
