Hopefully this is an indicator that the AI bubble is starting to burst.

And before the AI bros come in hot: I fully understand where AI can be effective.

Generating TikTok videos for your neglected children, replacing human-centric jobs, and disrupting environments ain't it.

Nvidia has weird combo, 5070 has much faster memory bandwidth.

At a bus and memory bandwidth penalty....

If you're using it for gaming, just change your DLSS preset.

For LLM, the extra 4GB doesn't change much if you use an A"x"B model.

^That, but depends on application. Overall in gaming the 5070 outperforms in FPS on identical settings due to way faster memory, but if you need the extra VRAM for video editing or local AI workloads, 5060 ti all day for offloading more to the GPU at once.

Yes totally fair answer. Really depends, CUDA core count and memory bandwidth drastically different and could yield a huge difference.

I'm lazy and didn't wanna deal with it so I got the 5070 TI (returned the 5060 TI).
