Filtering the entire cold water going to sink seems like an inefficient use of filters.
This doesn't seem to get the micro contaminants.
IMO get a proper 3 chamber RO system for safe drinking water.

Had a similar unit like this made from plastic and one night it just blew up and woke me. Glad I went out to check. I almost had and full size house aquarium. Figured it was thicken and sturdy enough to last forever. Nope.
Municipal water is not always perfectly up to standards as they should be. It's not poisonous but if you are drinking liters of it per day, under sink RO is a really good investment in your families long term health
