I will just share that I don't trust Amazon for lens anymore. They seem to pass around a lot of returned stuff so you never know what you're gonna get. If it has an LPN barcode on it, chances are it was returned. I tried to get this exact lens back in Jan. Someone swapped it with a Mk 1 of the lens in the box. You could tell it was swapped because the lens itself had the wrong model # and the serial didn't match the one on the box which you should always double check. It took about 1 month for refund since they had to inspect it and high value item. I get my lens at bhphotovideo instead. They have the discount there too right now.

Honestly not. There are many things my Om-5 mk1 can do better the 17pro, and I'm not even going to OM-1 mk2. Yes phone is convenient and almost match camera for most users but if you want good one, cameras are still better.
And when someone is looking at Leica Summilux, they know what they're looking for.

True. Unless you're buying from the brand store amazon could be tricky. But then comes the 'free no question asked return', which no one gives as of today. I personally buy on ebay used from selected Japanese sellerS. Ny experience is pretty good with kmcamera

Can't agree more. I shoot m43 only. It's awesome especially for wildlife.

I have the GH7 with the Panaleica 100-400 for wildlife. No phone is getting close to that.

The non-Leica Panasonic micro-4/3 25mm is a great lens that is usually available for $200 or less. For a more casual photographer who doesn't need the weather sealing or extra 1/2 stop that's probably a much better value.
