Historically, not a great price, but it is nice to see AA on sale. I think for every 100 AAA sales, there's one AA sale.

Historically, not a great price, but it is nice to see AA on sale. I think for every 100 AAA sales, there's one AA sale.

Where have you found Eneloop AA for less than $2.40/battery in the last several years? I would love to pay less than this, but I haven't seen any better deals in over 3 years for these.

Its been lower, they have been around $2.16 per battery in the past year multiple times. He somewhat right its not the lowest it has been.

yeah Ii think its a bit of a meh, and i don't buy these from amazon because of a past purchase were I got fake ones. but that being said vs the price for alkaline you cannot beet eneloops for value because each batter can be charged hundreds of times so each battery could cost $10 and it would still be a great value vs alkaline batteries. So if you need them to replace alkalines then get some. If you are just looking for some extras i would hold out.

I'm still running eneloop batteries from 2012. Probably even older in some cases. Sanyo marked.

I don't trust Amazon, but Eneloop are excellent rechargeable batteries. If you have an IKEA near you, they sell a similar line of batteries at an everyday price fairly close to this.
