Is it worth it compared to the plus? I got that one last week from Costco and hasn't opened the box yet

Does it support Auto-fill and Auto-drain? I am actually wondering whether this function matters.

Costco has been undergoing a slow and silent shift in their policy, they are starting to treat returns differently if the item "is outside of its reasonably expected service life". We had to return a generator with a carb issue (~45 hours on the odometer, which is very low) and it took 3 hours of arguing to get them to take it back. They were adamant on the "expected lifespan" and I had to keep asking them to produce the return policy, in writing, that said they could do that. They were never able to produce it. It went on for hours until they realized I used to work there and knew the policy myself!I tried to return a broken can opener a few months later and they started the same route and offered to refund my membership if I wasn't satisfied. I just pointed at the return policy on the wall and said bring your manager out and ask them. He tried the same thing again until I asked for it in writing and all of a sudden they would honor the return right away.
I spoke to chat support and this is what they claimed Me- "Is this guaranteed throughout the life of the robot vacuum or can the policy change?Them - Yes, the only thing I have noticed if our returns team is strict with orders passed 2 yearsMe - Correct however for instance if there is a malfunction with the robot with recorded evidence can we return after two years?Them - You would need to contact us so we can submit the return requestMe - So you cannot return for a full refund any time?Them - You can but we still have to submit the requestMe - Okay, do you know how long that will takeThem - 3-5 business days to receive an updateGot SS just in case but if that helps

Best deal out of Sam's Club/Costco's lifetime warranty, performance & hands-free cleaning hands down
Please stop with the lifetime warranty BS. They haven't put that on anything for the last 15 yrs, at least. People that regurgitate this BS are the same ones that stand in line and demand refund on crap they clean out their storage units and drive the price up for everybody else. Don't abuse their generous return policy

Not the same product. The posted "Ultra 2" is a higher end model than what you're referring to.

25,000 Pa?! I upgraded to a 10,000 Pa Roborock last year (a refurb unit on ebay), and I thought it was already a big upgrade. Having carpets, no suction power is sufficient tho.

I think most of us may have been misusing their return policies and that hurt the stores and the manufacturers. We all should become a little responsible customers before the store becomes more responsible by refunding our memberships & banning us for 2 years from acquiring new memberships.

How does it compare it with Saros 10R, I just bought it on Amazon for $899.
