Contains Cayenne Extract. Reviews say it's spicy.

This is bad. I bought it and got a refund. It is spicy and takes is just awful. Do yourself a favor and skip this.

So the short is, if your a puss who cant handle anything spicy move along cause its not for you. The pepper is there for a reason it causes the body to accelerate calorie and fat burning.... Your not supposed to sip on this stuff, you literally down it in one gulp and move along to go workout.

It cheap enough that I can down 20 servings even if I dont like the flavor, but with a 3.9 overall and the only major compliant is not the flavor, but the spice I dont think that will be a problem. I can take just about any spice level.

Used to put a bunch of tobasco in a cup of noodles, so this should work for me if it even have some spice to it.

I love spicy stuff, but spicy drinks just don't do it for me. I'll enjoy a spicy cocktail once in a blue moon, but to chug down a spicy pre workout a few times a week sounds miserable and gross. Has nothing to do with not being able to handle spice.

After many years of downing disgusting protein powders, I just add it to my list of things that has to be done if it achieves the other goals. Also this is $9 for 20 servings, so a person can go through that very quickly, which is why I am trying it. Not like im buying 5lbs of it or something.

Also why I switched to non flavored protein powder and that's been my go to for awhile now, with a flavor switch up in between just to change things up. Taste of water downed milk is an easy one.

The artic one is also on sale but about double the cost.

While it is true that there are some metabolic benefits to cayenne (capsaicin), the real world effect is actually pretty small and at higher doses (Ludy et. al, 2011 if you want a relevant review). This is 20mg cayenne at 5% cap, that's 1mg. This isn't really an efficacious dose and is just a marketing ploy.
