I urchased a higher grade usb dock from them ($60) and it Failed in a 2 weeks. emailed them and after back of forth for a week and sending proof of purchase multiple times they sent me a replacement. That one failed in 2 weeks too.. Emailed them again and they said they will not replace the unit again (even if i send it in) they said thanks from trying their product.. I have other docks that never had a problem with but needed one that had ethernet to as my port broke.
will never purchase from them again.
